Sometimes it’s the smaller electrical installations that make the biggest difference to a property.

For this project, we installed recessed LED downlights into the soffits along the front of the house, creating a clean, modern finish while beautifully illuminating the exterior.

The lighting doesn’t just improve the appearance of the property. It also provides practical illumination around the entrance and driveway.

The downlights feature built-in sensors that detect when someone is present, automatically activating the lighting when needed.

This provides extra convenience when arriving home in the dark, while helping avoid leaving the lights switched on unnecessarily.

By installing the lights directly into the soffits, we’ve kept the fittings discreet and the overall appearance of the house uncluttered.

It’s a straightforward but effective improvement that combines appearance, practicality and smart technology.
